What's this? A double page? Bet you thought you weren't going to see three pages this week,
didn't you? Well, I promised on Monday that there'd be three pages this week and dammit, I
meant it. So here you go; two pages, which, with Wednesday's, makes three. Page 102 would
have been up yesterday, but I spent Friday with my girlfriend instead of drawing, 'cuz I
love her more than you ^_-

The art may not be the finest ever, but I gotta say I'm pretty happy with these two pages.
I like the jokes (even though having a comic book character cracking jokes about comic books
is a little cute...). And the big red button? I love big red buttons. Yes, it's a gratuitous
reference to the Dr. Who Christmas Special, but who's complaining. As to why Mike suddenly
knows his surname? Well, I'm not telling... (I really am in a mean mood today, aren't I. Bad
me...)

What else had happened lately? Well, I saw MI:3 on Friday; it's actually pretty good. Ridiculous,
and occasionally a little ott, but great fun, and my *GOD* does a whole bunch of stuff blow
up... Speaking of stuff blowing up, yesterday evening had the second half of the Dr. Who
cybermen episode, which was pretty good, and featured a helluva lot of splodey for a show
being made on a BBC budget. A bit sentimental in places, but pretty good.

What else? Well, I discovered Last Exile (the anime) on Friday, which is really good; dark,
complicated, serious and clever, but with a heart of gold and some really fantastic battle/
action sequences. Animation looks really cool, too, even if it's very close to Castle in the
Sky. I've also started reading Angel Sanctuary, which is pretty damn interesting, if a little
hard to follow.

Anyway, I'm gonna sign off and play windows pinball now. Karaoke this evening, and a new
page tomorrow!

Wub, Rik
