Zobbo: Swimmer in the Abyss #8 Saturday April 28th 2007

Character and ship designs in today's comic are all property of Luke Turner, creator of the Foxfire Chronicles. He's very kindly lent me them and some other stuff for the purposes of the Crossover Wars Go read his comic, it's ace.

I hate this page. It's crap, it took ages, and it was a really frustrating experience drawing it, but I'm *very* glad to get the damn thing posted and up so I can get on with the next page, on which the hardest parts of the work have already been done. I'm still scrabbling to build my buffer back up, but it's coming. On a side note, I finished my 11th sketchbook yesterday. That makes 10 sketchbooks each of approximately 50 pages in two years, or 250 pages a year. How the hell have I afforded all this?! ^_--

Soooo tired at the moment; had an intense band practice this evening; we only had one hour of the three we'd booked due to a schedule conflict, so we focused on just getting through stuff. I played my little heart out, but I didn't do much wrong and I survived an hour of almost solid playing, so I'm quite happy with myself. My hands are aching at the thought of ever doing it again, though >_<
