Paul, Foz: Hush ^_-- Admiral Sullivan is my interpretation of a character more or less copyright to (or at least
property of) Paul Sullivan, a good friend of mine completely lacking of a website and therefore hard to link to.
The Nomad Fleet is co-property of me, Paul Sullivan and Stephen Forrester (yes, sorry Foz, I may have forgotten
how to spell your name again; throw stuff at me on Saturday if I have x.x), with ship designs all done by me.
As to why they're here, what they're doing, and where they're from? Well, I'm not telling, and if they want to
keep all their limbs intact, neither will Paul and Foz.
Right, comicgenesis was down again for a while yesterday, and I don't know if or when this page will go up.
However, in addition to the usual note about the Drunk Duck mirror,
I have further good news! Yesterday evening, I took the debugging routines out of Beerscooter v0.4 and declared
http://www.drunkenscribblings.co.uk/ live!
Yup, I have a functional, commercially-hosted website. Powered by a PHP/MySQL suite called Beerscooter. Which
I made myself XD For now, only the main page and the archives are functioning - y'know, the important stuff ^_--
The archives only have the first 25ish pages in, too; the pages I loaded for testing purposes. Please feel free
to test Beerscooter as much as you can, and let me know if you find anything that doesn't work. I'll be adding
further functionality to Beerscooter and more content to the site as soon as I can, but this week's just a
little on the busy side.
New updates will continue to be on this site and the DD mirrors only until I finish uploading my current archive
to the new site, which may be done by the end of tomorrow but is more likely to take until the end of the week,
due to spending today packing, tomorrow moving, and Friday coming back to Liverpool for a band practice.
Then, of course, I'm starting my summer job on Monday, so that'll eat into the time as well. Things will start
working as and when I can make 'em.
Until then, though, BOOYAH! I GOTS IT WORKIN'! ^_--
Wub,
Rik
